THURSDAYS – definitely stuffy to the max, darling. Tuxes, elbow-length white gloves, blue hair a foot high. Mucho jewelry and cigar smoke. Restrooms smell like Vicks Vapo-Rub.
FRIDAYS – the night for business attire. No need to rush home and change – just bomb straight in from the office. Do: brush your teeth. Expect full-contact competition at the wine-bar. Don’t: comb your hair. Nod off halfway thru 2d movement.
SATURDAYS – anything goes! As you will discover, when everyone has all day to doll themselves up, naturally – no one does. Sweaters, jeans, leisure suits, hip flasks are all IN for Saturday evenings. All types will be there – some even coming from non-improved districts.
